Member News — Schepisi Named HNMC VP of Development, President of HNMC Foundation

The Board of Trustees at Holy Name Medical Center today named Holly Schepisi as Vice President of Development and President of Holy Name Medical Center Foundation.

“The entire Holy Name community is thrilled to have Holly on board in helping our organization continue to grow and expand,” said Michael Maron, CEO and President of Holy Name Medical Center. “Her deep ties to the community and keen insight into the healthcare industry will take our Foundation to the next level in supporting our top-notch patient care and leading-edge facilities.”

Schepisi will begin in the position on April 1, 2019.

“I am ecstatic to start this position at Holy Name, widely recognized as one of the leading healthcare organizations in the state,” Schepisi said. “I look forward to working with their terrific leadership team in supporting and growing their state-of-the-art operations.”

Formerly, Schepisi served as special counsel at the law firm of Huntington Bailey, LLP, where she practiced governmental law, corporate law, land use, employment matters, criminal defense, and structured finance.  She is also a New Jersey State Assembly member representing the 39th District. She sits on the Assembly committees for Education, Health and Senior Services and Housing and Community Development, as well as the Joint Committee on Housing Affordability, Joint Committee on Economic Justice and Equal Employment Opportunities and the New Jersey Legislative Select Oversight.  She was Managing Director of Clear Spring Capital Group, encouraging private investing for job creation.

Schepisi also sits on the Boards of the Bergen Community College Foundation, Fordham University School of Law Alumni Association, and is an advisory board member of SB One Bank.

Schepisi holds degrees in politics and psychology from Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, and a juris doctorate from Fordham University School of Law. She currently lives in the River Vale, New Jersey with her husband, Paul, and their two children, Kayla and Easton.
