I chose Scarinci Hollenbeck because it is progressive and dynamic, with lawyers I have known and respected for years as well as others with whom I have not yet worked but who present the opportunity for new challenges in a rapidly changing legal environment.”
WHO ARE RAYMOND M. BROWN AND GREGG H. HILZER?
Ray Brown brings with him extensive experience in criminal defense, internal investigation, and complex commercial litigation. He has successfully handled a variety of highly-publicized criminal and civil matters, representing prominent individuals, corporations, and governmental entities before state and federal courts, as well as administrative and international tribunals. Mr. Brown also counsels foreign and domestic multinationals on a broad range of corporate risk management, governance, professional responsibility and transactional issues, especially those at the intersection of corporate compliance, human rights, and transnational business concerns.
