Red Tape Review Commission to Hear About Regulatory Burdens Associated with Rebuilding Efforts
April 11th, 2013
On April 16, the Red Tape Review Commission will hear from the public on the regulatory burdens associated with rebuilding after Sandy. CIANJ’s President, John Galandak, the only industry representative on the Commission, will be part of the discussion. NJ’s coastal communities are still reeling from the impacts of the storm more than five months after the event. There has been a lot of attention and debate on how New Jersey should rebuild. The public hearing, which takes place in Hammonton, New Jersey, is sure to raise a lot of concerns and ideas on what needs to be done from a regulatory perspective to make rebuilding efforts easier.
